Ward 5 Application

Full Name

Are you available from 9am to 5pm every Monday through Friday to participate in Ward 5? We fully expect students to immerse themselves into the program and the community. Many events happen at night and projects will require late nights.

If you are not able to commit, please consider applying to a future program where your time does permit you to fully immerse. Its to your benefit and we want to make you take advantage of the full program.

Absolute beginner - I have no experience.
Getting there - I know how to use loops, if-else statements, variables, methods.
Making good progress - All of the above plus I've programmed small apps or games using tutorials or in class (any language).
Intermediate - I'm getting it. All of the above plus I can program and launch small apps on my own.
Strong - All of the above plus I understand OO programming and possibly I was a Computer Science or related major. Or I develop on a different platform.

Tuition for Ward 5 is due prior to the start of the program for which you've applied and have been accepted to. Do you currently have the financial means to pursue Ward 5?

Cost of tuition is $8,500 per student. We don't accept or financial aid at this time.
